Treasure hunting

One of my favorite things to do with my husband is go to second-hand or antique stores with my husband and find old things we can give new life to. I think this is mainly just something I like to do but my husband participates to humor me.

While wasting time driving our fussy baby around today, me and the hubs...

..(this handsome guy)..decide that we would take a stroll through one of the stores where I like to try and find diamonds in the rough. And low and behold Ryan finds this!

I had passed it probably four times and hadn't noticed it because it had lamps strewn out all over the top of it but when we took them off it revealed quite a little beauty. And the kicker...it was only TEN dollars. I am so pleased with my find that I just may go treasure hunting again tomorrow! I can't wait to make this coffee table right at home in our nest.
